The institute BIT Mesra has arranged hostel accommodation for participants, offering 20 rooms in the boys' hostel and 15 rooms in the girls' hostel. The rooms are available on a paid basis and will be assigned based on first-come, first-served.

Participants interested in securing hostel accommodation should send an email ascat2025@bitmesra.ac.in with the subject line "Accommodation in Hostel" no later than February 18, 2025. Confirmation of accommodation will depend on room availability.
